Assignment 4

It felt like I had been writing for an eternity; page after page filled with the text I threw onto the paper. Essays are what really kill me. They seem to take every ounce of energy I have to write a half way decent essay. The biggest challenge is writing the long essays that are more than three or four pages. If I had to make a criteria for a challenging essay my challenge would be to write an essay only using adjectives longer than four words. People always use boring adjects such as good or great in their writing to describe various things. Not being able to use these boring words would help because not only would your essay come alive with excitement, but at the same time you would be expanding your vocabulary. Also every sentence must be longer than 15 words and every other sentence must have a comma in it somewhere. Although these challenges sound difficult, at the end of all of it, you will be a much better writer.
