Assignment

After watching episodes from Project Runway and Top Chef there are similarities with there challenges. They both have time limits, judges, challenges, winners, losers and prizes. The challenges that both of the shows get are to test out what each person can do with either food or fashion. Some of the contestants understand the challenge and a few do not. For instance, in Top Chef the challenge was to make an entree with inspiration and improv. Majority of them used the words they were given to make the entree but one team did not. That hurt them in the end because they didn't follow directions. The judges liked the ones that were made correctly and fresh with different flavors. In Project Runway the challenge was to create a look for a red carpet event. The contestants did what they thought would be a good idea. Some went out of the box and some stayed safe. The dress that won this challenge was edgy and pretty. They thought it would be perfect for the red carpet.
