Where would we be without technology? All of us use technology in our everyday lives and probably could not live without it. Our everyday lives are influenced by and enhanced by technology. None of us have had to live through a life without having access to information only feet away from us. A few aspect of technology that has enhanced our everyday lives is the access to the internet, formatting, and lastly templates.

First off, the access to internet is only feet away from us at all times. Having this access has helped our writing immensely. I say this because research can happen much more easily than it used to be. Instead of reading through books and magazines, we now just click buttons and search the internet for information. A big time saver and much more information is presented to us on the World Wide Web. Without internet access, our writing wouldn’t be as good as it is these days.

Next, formatting has become a lot easier than before. Software is now on every computer which makes formatting of our essays and writing simple. Design possibilities are endless now that technology is so advanced, making everyone’s writing more interesting and help look better. Formatting is another aspect of technology that has enhanced writing.

Lastly, templates reduced the time it took writers in the past to figure out what template they wanted. Instead of searching through manuals for directions, the access is much easier with the advanced technology. Copying and pasting material cuts down the time for people who are slow typers. It is also easier to save our work now that we have hard drives and other methods of saving. Reviewing our work also is easier and more efficient with spell check. All in all, technology has made our lives a lot better in terms of writing papers and essays.
