I think that if you look at the relationships between Carr's article and the article named "Is Google Making Us Stupid?" it will affect the way you interpret this essay because you will be looking more at how these two articles are the same then actually disecting each article and finding the meaning behind each of them and actually figure out what the author really wants you to get out of it. Also looking at the relationships between the two articles may sway you to lean one way or the other in your thought process because these two articles are both similar but they both have a little bit of a difference in them.
My group's question almost made me lose interest in both of these articles when I was reading these I did not really get that much out of them because I think I needed a lot more background information on both and that I think would have to catch my interest before I actually start paying attention and getting a lot out of it. So in this case my question made my interpretation of both articles as negative which is never a good sign.
The question of finding the relationships between the two articles if you really think about it should not have a lot of affect on your interpretation of the article but I believe that sometimes that can be the biggest thing when you are critically analyzing these types of articles. Normally I would side with the it should not affect the way you interpret something but I decided for these to look at the other point of view and now both sides are coming clear to me and I now understand both stances .
