Project Runway Episode 2

In this episode of Project Runway, the contestants are supposed to create a look for an actual celebrity: Rebecca Romijn. Their challenge is to make her a sheik look for her for any type of an event. The big deal about this challenge is that shes pregnant; it also has to be form fitting for the stomach. The contestants are given a $100 budget and they have 30 minutes to shop. They receive a total time of 2 days to work on the outfits. A lot of the contestants are just doing a dress but Irina decides to do a dress with a jacket. Mitch decided to go with just a shorts, shirt and jacket type of deal. During the first day of work Tim Gunn goes around and critiques and voices his opinion about what he thinks about the contestants idea, what he believes the judges will think/like/dislike. I think that this part of the show is not fair because it could affect someones plan and vision and ultimately get them eliminated; instead of letting them express their true vision. After the models are wearing their outfits with the fake stomachs the contestants get 2 hours to do their hair and accessories. All of the judges for this competition have been pregnant at one point. The judges liked Louise, Shirin, Althea and Shari's outfits. They disliked Mitch, Malvin and Ra'mon's outfits. The winner of this competition was Shari and Malvin was eliminated. They said that his idea was to complex and not in a good way. Mitch on the other hand barely made it by for a second week in a row.
